Code of good practice for using Catalan in commerce, the service sector and the tourism industry in Catalonia

In order to work in Catalan in business, apart from the provisions included in current legislation, there are a series of aspects that should be taken into account from the linguistic point of view if we want to open the doors of our establishment to Catalan.

That is why the Confederació de Comerç de Catalunya has launched the campaign Oberts al català (“Open for Catalan”), of which this guide forms part. As part of the campaign, the CCC has drawn up a Code of Good Practice for using Catalan in business, services and the tourism industry in Catalonia, all of which can help you to work in Catalan.
